Glendora Together is a multigenerational community movement that hosted its first discussion forum on March 4, 2023 and has since hosted two forums each year. Our mission is hosting events and spaces that encourage thoughtful dialogue within Glendora’s diverse community. But our movement aspires to more than just talk. By engaging in these conversations, we aim to create and strengthen networking ties and lines of communication, resulting in mutually respectful, equitable, and collaborative decision-making and problem-solving for the good of our communities.

Besides the occasional K-12 sub assignment and writing project, Teri volunteers as lay leader and liturgist at Glendora United Methodist Church. She’s a firm believer that communities do well only if each member—regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, what have you—has a equitable seat and say at the tables of decision.
